Comfort, Space & Outstanding Hospitality

Villa 53 is in a great location in Colombo, making it a convenient and comfortable place to stay.
The rooms are exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is the warm hospitality of the owners, who are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel right at home.
If you're travelling with children, I highly recommend Villa 53. The spacious rooms, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent hospitality make it a perfect choice for families visiting Colombo.

Excellent.

Although we were unfortunately only there for 1 night, it was one of the many highlights of our trip to Sri Lanka. Our room was huge and perfect, down a quieter road away from the noise of the town. The pool was beautiful along with the surroundings and garden. The staff who cooked and cared for us were so kind and friendly and the breakfast was absolutely amazing.

A lovely couple and a lovely home.

Only there for a couple of nights but the place ticked all the boxes, was funky and stylish, and the husband and wife owners were lovely hosts, going above and beyond when, for example, our tuk tuk cancelled on us and our host drove us into Colombo to get us to where we wanted to go. Pretty big pool in the rear garden area. Breakfast was a good traditional Sri Lankan. Once again, our host was there at midnight to see us out when our airport cab came for us. Top marks and we would recommend to anyone.

Amazing homstay

This is a fabulous place to meet genuine Sri Lankan hospitality. We had 3 nights here. The bedroom was spacious with a large bathroom with both shower and bathtub.Our hosts were friendly and helpful as were their staff. Sri, the husband suggested a restaurant which he drove us to and picked us up from. The breakfasts were lovely. It was my birthday and our hosts had a cake made for me and joined us for an Italian meal. We would certainly return.
