Felt like we were home
We just returned from our Sri Lanka trip. Last 2 nights in Colombo we stayed at Jetwing Colombo 7 and it was absolutely brilliant for us.
Located perfectly amongst good restaurants and shops. Well maintained and beautifully set up. As you enter their lobby, opposite the lift there’s a huge glass window which allows sunlight to fill the place. And view of healthy trees ☀️.
As wonderful as the place was, what was more outstanding is the warmth and kindness of the employees that made our stay truly memorable.
Lakmal was absolutely helpful and understanding when we requested for a late checkout. Our flight was only postponed for couple hours, seeing that we are travelling with a child,he did not just brush us off stating they are pack or full. Instead he initiated questions to understand our situation and when he found that our flights were delayed and there were family emergency that we had to attend to in Colombo, he provided a late checkout till 3pm and advised the usage of facilities around the hotel to allow us to wait in comfort while we has to wait to leave for the hotel at night.
The day of checkout while waiting around the hotel for our pick up, he noticed my daughter wasn’t too well. He didn’t fail to ask about her, offering concern.
Nimesh was very kind to go all out helping to find a thermometer. When they didn’t have any, he was coming up with the suggestions of going to the pharmacy or the hospital. Even offered to arrange for hotel transportation to get us to medical care. His genuine interest to help showed in many ways. We are truky grateful.
We would also like to thank Chandrasiri (door men) and Sarath (bell boy) for their joyful and generous service. Always greeting us with a smile and offering a helping hand.
Together they have truly made our stay absolutely pleasant and memorable. Will surely come back again for the excellent hospitality provided. Thank you Jetwing Colombo 7

It was really good experience with hotel jetwing colombo seven, the accommodation was too comfortable and also feel like royal.

An Extended Stay with Comfort
Overall, Jetwing Colombo Seven is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. Its central location, stylish facilities, outstanding service, and relaxing atmosphere make it one of the best hotels to stay in Colombo. I would highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again.
My stay at Jetwing Colombo Seven was excellent. The standout feature was definitely the rooms. They are spacious, modern, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds, stylish interiors, and high-quality amenities. The large windows provide plenty of natural light, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at home.
The rooms also offer great value for money. Considering the level of comfort, premium facilities, and excellent service, the rates are very reasonable compared to other hotels in Colombo in the same category. Every detail, from the room amenities to the housekeeping, reflects quality and attention to guest comfort.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist.special shout out to the doorman and our airport chauffeur Jagath and Sirisena. Jagath is full of greetings and always welcoming.

No sleep, never again.
We booked Jetwing Colombo Seven for our last night in Sri Lanka, specifically because we wanted some peace and a good night's rest before our flight back to Europe. Unfortunately, that never happened.
There was a party going on two floors below us with music so loud that we couldn't sleep a wink. The music went on until 12:30 AM. We started calling reception from 9 PM:
9:00 PM — "The music will stop at 10 PM."
10:30 PM — "It will stop at 11 PM."
11:30 PM — "We'll ask the organisers if they can turn it down."
No real solutions were offered at all. No alternative room (even though the hotel clearly wasn't fully booked), no actual intervention — just empty promises.
The only silver lining: reception told us the manager would speak with us in the morning at checkout to work out a solution. When we checked out at 6 AM, the manager was nowhere to be found. The "maximum" compensation we received? 30% off our restaurant bill a measly €10, while we spent €200 in total (including food and spa) for a completely sleepless night.
When a hotel can't deliver on its core product a good night's sleep. all the extras (rooftop bar, spa, etc.) are worthless. A complete disappointment. Never again.
