Battaramulla boutique villa

Battaramulla boutique hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of the Immigration Office, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting to obtain a passport or for foreigners needing to process visa extensions.
The property features a beautiful, well-maintained garden filled with trees and flowers, where birds often visit to drink nectar. The peaceful and natural surroundings create a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it a lovely place to spend time.
I also ordered food from the restaurant, and the meals were both tasty and very reasonably priced. Enjoying the food while sitting in the garden made the experience even more pleasant.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone attending events or weddings at Waters Edge, as it is also within easy walking distance from Battaramulla Boutique Villa.
The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and well suited for a relaxing stay. Overall, it’s a convenient and enjoyable place to stay.

Avoid!!

Avoid!! I’d give zero stars if I could and I never ever complain. Paid £55 for 2 nights they said I didn’t pay I showed them the booking confirmation and that the money has come out of my bank they said no I need to pay £55. I was starving so I ordered chicken wings, chips and an orange fanta. I received raw chicken wings no chips (which was shown in the picture) and a random drink I don’t even know what flavour. The guy was harassing me whilst I was eating I was on the phone to my bank and agoda who confirmed it’s paid and I thought it was sorted. Then again he said I need to pay after the raw chicken I said I want to speak to a manager before I pay anything else. It took 24 hours for the manager to come. I showed my booking he said he will check and he left so I thought it was sorted. Night time he knocks on my door shouts at me saying I need to get out or he’s calling the police. Agoda didn’t send the confirmation through so I had to get agoda to call the hotel in the end agoda said they’ll refund me (in 30 days) and I had to find somewhere else to stay I was standing in the dark and rain as a solo female traveller. If the staff were polite I would have paid them but they treated me like rubbish the whole time, extremely rude considering this was an error with agoda and I had paid. Absolutely horrible experience I get better service in hostels. There was also no blanket in the room I used a towel they were both damp eventually I asked for a blanket (before I got chucked out) No soap on the toilet and ants everywhere next time if you have an error like this work with the customer not against them and it could have been resolved. I was treated like a thief! Avoid!!
