Very pleasant stay

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on our round trip.
We had a nice room and a nice breakfast with fruit toast and omelette.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Best recommendation.

Good stay

A very pleasant stay in this small hotel. The place is comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with a nice and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which really made a difference. Overall, a great experience and a place I would gladly recommend

Pls do not stay here.
It is a scam.
We gave us rooms that we did not book, in the basement of the motel. The sink had spider webs and termites were crawling on the bathroom counter. Towels were stained, fridge had mold, Mountain View was non existent. The stench was unbearable. Staff were incompetent.

Excellent hospitality for Guests

Cheap and affordable with an amazing view. I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. The view from the Ella Mansion Hotel was simply breathtaking, definitely one of the best in the area. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinnr at the hotel and it was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Ella with great hospitality.
The staff is incredibly kind and helping. For sure I will return on my next visit. and we totally recommend it if you are traveling to Ella.

Best view and amazing staff

The best place to stay in Ella, we had a wonderful stay at Ella mansion for 2 nights with my family , amazing view to have the breakfast, rooms are very clean and very comfortable beds, all the staff were so helpful, resort located very close to all the attractions that u need to visit in Ella,thank you
