Needs profound changes

Breakfast is very weak, no variety, alternatives or options for non-Asian. Eggs always cold, without compotes and jelly for form bread. Coffee and cold milk. Little cleaning from the breakfast room. Room worker without any preparation in hygiene and food health.
The room was reasonable.
The attentive reception staff

Cosy and decent price, good views and had a great party at the SKYBAR. Their host Mr Eugene was very nice to all patrons. Had a wonderful stay in the room beside the Karaoke room, which ended at 11pm. (sadly too early) But will definitely return to stay again to party more!! Food was good too!

Awful hotel with poo on the toilet and the bed sheet, and careless management and staff!

Poor hotel, and poor staff and management!
Stay away from this hotel, and thank me later.
Never had such a bad experience at a hotel before, this is not a 4 star hotel, rather a 2 star hotel!
I booked a stay at this hotel from 21-24 July.
The first day I got room on the 15th floor.
The room was dirty, there were dirty glasses inside the bathroom, as well as stains on the towel. I told them and they exchanged this.
When I was going to bed I noticed a large brown and several small brown spots on the sheets of the bed, I then tried to call the reception, but the phone in the room did not work.
I got a new room on the 14th floor. I was offered help with space change, but I didn't get any help. When I was going to lie in bed in the new room on the 14th floor, I discover that the dynet stretch is torn and I couldn’t sleep all night due to outside noise due to building work. I was again offered to change rooms, this time I would have to change rooms to the other side again, but the same floor, which I said yes to. I was supposed to change room in the evening when I was back at the hotel because it had to be washed and cleaned after those who had checked out that day. When the evening comes and I am back at the hotel after a long day, I will be informed if I have a new room on the 13th floor. I again had to carry everything from 14th to 13th floor, without any help. I got to talk to manager Jie Ning the next day, when she was to check out any kind of compensation. I never heard anything from her, so I had to turn to the staff again.
The new room, room no. 3 I got that day was so dirty, and it's so amazing to think of when they had received feedback on this several times. Here there were coffee spots on the coffee shelf, with lots of small ants crawling over. At this point I was so sad that I couldn’t say anything. I washed this with wet paper.
I let myself that night and the next day I discovered a brown strip along the ring on doing. I was then exposed and thought and hoped that it wasn't beech, and I just had to check.
I took a paper, wet it a little and went over with the paper along the strip. When I did this it came off on paper and my suspicion that it was bessh was confirmed. It's the worst thing I've been involved in and I didn't know exactly where to do of myself. I felt like throwing up, was so sad and felt like crying, while it all made me very angry
That day (Tuesday) I went down to the reception, asked to have a chat with the manager who would come back to me at 8am (something we agreed the day before), but never heard anything from her. The staff says she's not at work, but I can talk to another manager 2 named Vincent. I tell him everything I have experienced and the dialogue I have had with manager No.1. He could report that he had spoken to her, but the only thing she had told him was that I had told him that the treadmill in the hotel did not work, in other words a small fraction of what was the problem.
I have claimed a refund of my stay in the hotel, which the hotel v/manager no.2 Vincent denies and replies that it is only booking.com that can decide and not the hotel.
I've told them several times that it's not true, but they won't hear.
I have registered all this to booking.com but find them very unserious, they respond after a long time, and when they respond they wonder what it is and I end up telling it again every time. Very rude company without any kind of guidelines or system.
Last day at the hotel, I asked for general manager Francis Chu. He was informed that he was available to talk to me on Wednesday 24.07, at 10.45, but when it came to the game I was informed that he was in the meeting, and so they kept on until I had to check out and leave. In other words, it was never their intention to let me talk to the general manager at the hotel, because he was never at the hotel. I got that answer when I asked if he was in the hotel just before I left.
Feel very deceived, ignored and cared for little as a guest at the Seacare hotel.
I've never experienced anything like this at any hotel before.
One of the reasons I booked a stay at this hotel is that those in the description can report that there is a minibar in the room.
I can confirm that they do not have a minibar in the room. The equipment in the gym didn't work, and the restaurant under the hotel is the worst I've seen, so unhygienic.
I choose to share my history here so I can warn future guests who review this hotel from steering away from such a bad and dirty hotel. Which absolutely does not think of the guests' best, only looking to make money.
Someone else's bæsj in the bathroom belonging to the room I pay for the stay is not something I tolerate. That's far beyond my tolerance.
