Memorable

James at the lobby bar was welcoming as well as entertaining. He went above and beyond making our experience memorable. His passion for what he does and why he does it sets him apart. Above that he is a kind and caring human. We are grateful and wish him well.

Excellent services and memorable stay!

My 2 nights stay at the ParkRoyal Pickering was great and wonderful. I enjoyed the rooms and facilities in the property. Location was great too. The team members provided excellent and exceptional services from check-in till end of the stay. Check in was great where the front desk team members ensure that the stay is well taken care of. The COLLECTION lounge is another highlight of the stay. Staffs are always friendly and dedicated in their services. Highly recommended to stay here and thanks to the team for the impeccable services.

Overall good with a shaky start

This is a pleasant hotel in a great location with very good buffet breakfast included (in our rate )
Did not start well as one of our rooms was not available until 5:35pm despite being there at 7am and being told it would be available at official check in time of 3pm. We arrived at 3pm to be told sorry we extended the check out of the people before we will get it turned for you. 2 1/2 hours later it finally was.
They did acknowledge their mistake eventually.
