Good location

The location is very good. Near to bus stop and food stalls. The room was always clean and staffs are accommodating especially Ms. Mary Joy.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel 81 Premier Star! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to rest after a long day. The location is convenient, with plenty of food options and easy access to public transport.
A special thank you to Ate Mary for her exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Her attentiveness and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. It's staff like Ate Mary who make guests feel genuinely welcome.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent customer service. I'll definitely stay here again!

Very nice!

This hotel location is good if you are looking for living in a local neighborhood. The staff are super friendly. But there are few things I am not happy about: the pillows and the bed are thin and hard, the blanket is thin, there is no small face towels provided and the door or wall is not sound proof. I have to wear ear plugs sometimes. Air conditioner is good.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room and overall property were exceptionally clean, which made my stay very comfortable and relaxing.
The location is also very convenient, just about an 8–10 minute walk to the MRT station, making it easy to get around the city.
What truly stood out though, was the service. The staff were incredibly attentive and efficient, never keeping me waiting long whenever I needed assistance. A special mention to Mary Joy, who was especially approachable, friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of.
Overall, a fantastic experience and I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others.
