Excellent hotel close to the metro and a 15-minute walk from the marina. The Cristal Club lounge with the very kind Gladys is excellent. Very professional.

The staff was exceptional, its very centrally located for good walking.
The crystal club upgrade was worth it for us, and my personal favorite was the pillow menu.
Being able to have the perfect pillow for me was great.
Bedding was comfortable, this was a great spot

Ripped-off.
"Premier quad" is actually a single room with added beds.
Paid nearly $500 just to get cramped into a <100 sq ft space.
Pillow placed right against trash bin.
Ants roaming under TV.
broken bedside lamp.
no toilet paper.
Horrible.

Overall we had a fabulous experience. The only thing we felt that was missing was the lack of rails in the bathroom to hang items such as clothes

I checked in late around 2015pm and was staying for 2 nights....i requested for 1330pm or 1400pm latest late checkout as I was afraid i may not make it back in time.....staff checking me in had to get approval and after asking the gentleman next to her, she said manager only approved till 1300pm........30mins makes a difference? Check in/out took longer than usual...Do Not Disturb sign goes off by itself so someone actually came in to make the room when i did not want anyone in my room while I was away....
Wont be my priority hotel going forward for sure :(
