Good experience and great location.
Great experience, good premises. Good location. People at the breakfast where all very kind and attentive, specially the lady supervisor. Asyrat also helped with luggage. Thank you for your service at Fraser!

Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Singapore
I had a wonderful stay at Fraser Residence Orchard Singapore. The location is great, the facilities are well maintained, and the staff are friendly and attentive.
What impressed me most was the room amenities. Having a washing machine, microwave with grill function, capsule coffee machine, and a full set of kitchenware made the stay extremely comfortable. Even small details like kitchen scissors showed how thoughtfully the room was equipped.
I would also like to compliment a staff member in the breakfast area. I unfortunately cannot remember her name, but she had short hair and was very kind and attentive. She encouraged me to try different breakfast options and made the experience feel warm and welcoming.
The only minor issue was the bidet spray in the bathroom, which was quite stiff to use and leaked water continuously. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Singapore holiday 10 to 19 Aug 2026
My second stay in two years at Fraser Residence Orchard and as per my first stay, once again I could not fault this place, from the superb large room to the great swimming pool area and fantastic location 3 minutes away from MRT Orchard and Orchard Road. Great place to stay with very friendly, attentive and professional staff. Highly recommend.

Serious Safety Failure — Mirrored Panel Fell and Shattered Beside Me
A large mirrored panel suddenly detached from the bathroom wall, fell immediately beside me and shattered while I was brushing my teeth. Glass shards were scattered across the bathroom and narrowly missed me.
Had I been standing slightly differently, the consequences could have been severe. That I was not injured was sheer luck, not evidence that this was a minor incident.
Even more concerning is the apparent condition of the panel after it fell. The visible fixing/bonding points raise serious questions about how a panel of this size and weight was secured to the wall in the first place, and whether its installation, inspection and maintenance were adequate.
This is an appalling and completely unacceptable safety failure. A resident should be able to brush his teeth without a large wall fixture suddenly crashing down beside him.
I have formally demanded that management investigate the cause, preserve the evidence and establish whether the same installation method has been used elsewhere in the property.
Until Fraser Residence can explain how this was allowed to happen and demonstrate that other residents are not exposed to the same danger, I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
