(2) safety issue: the front of room door should not be piled up with Hotel stuff.
(3) very small bathroom.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. All our towels are professionally laundered and checked before delivery to guest rooms. However, we take your feedback seriously and will reinforce checks with our housekeeping team.
Our trolleys are only placed along corridors during active cleaning. Please be assured that our housekeeping team will be reminded to remove the trolleys once cleaning is completed.
Bathrooms in our room categories are compact but fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We appreciate your feedback and hope that this experience does not keep you from staying with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.
