Budget friendy hotel with central location

Location, location, location!!! Right in the center surrounded with places to eat, see and visit. Since the hotel is on the top floor, you don't have any noise coming from outside.
Budget friendy hotel.

Misleading cancellation policy and no refund — be cautious

I booked a room directly with Prince Rooftop Hotel and received written confirmation that cancellations were free up to 48 hours before arrival.
I cancelled my reservation four days in advance, well within the allowed time. Despite this, the hotel ignored multiple messages via email and WhatsApp. When they finally replied, they falsely claimed the reservation was “non-refundable,” directly contradicting their own written policy.
I received no refund and was forced to file a chargeback with my credit card company.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable from any hospitality provider.
Poor communication, no accountability, and misleading information.
I do not recommend staying here.

Very bad experience, be careful!

Good location, nice staff, otherwise a disappointment! Very small room, very poor furnishings, the door frame fell on my head and back! Very dirty under the beds, there are cans and other rubbish. Terrible experience, I could hardly wait to leave the room in the morning. Never again, stay away! (I travel a lot, level 3 on Booking)
