I had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help with local recommendations. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made for a great night's sleep, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Room clean, shower great, air con great, check in easy, bed comfy. Only downside walls quite thin so can hear people coming in and out and at reception. But if you’re not a light sleeper no issue. Good price

Perfect stay

The hotel overall is perfect for any travelers. Personnel is very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Luca for his professionalism and great attitude. The location of hotel is perfect - very close to the city center and at the same time in a quiet street. The room is super clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. Generally they pay attention to every detail to make the stay comfortable.

Rude service at mediocre hotel

This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel!!!! It is part of apartment-building next to school (i.e. quite a bit of noise early morning) where hotel only has a couple of floors, and does not appear clearly as hotel. When renting a one-bedroom suite for a higher price we expected at least some quality. When checking in we found out that TV and internet did not work on the two TV screens. We asked the woman at the counter to help us. She said she could not as TV and internet was outsourced to company that might be able to come maybe in half an hour, maybe by the end of the day. I asked whether she could help us at the room, as maybe we used the remote control wrongly as an elderly couple. She said no because she was a woman and felt intimidated by me as a male. I asked whether she could go with my elderly wife then to help us. And she said no. We later asked if we could borrow two plates, fork and knife, to which she replied that they did not lend out such as they had experience with it getting stolen!
I said this was not the attitude we would expect from a supposedly 4-star hotel. The receptionist - very rudely - answered that if we did not like what we got we were very welcome to look for a 10-star hotel somewhere else (which of couse we couldn't, having already paid for 5 nights).
My wife and I decided to retire to the suite, which is fortunately located on another floor than the reception. We asked the receptionist kindly not to enter the suite during our stay, and that we did not need room service, as - basically - we did not trust them to enter our room. BUT, the first thing that happened the next day when we left the suite was that 'room-service' entered the room.
Altogether, a terrible experience where for 5 days we did not feel welcome at all.... Can definitely not be recommended!
