Excellent

Hotel in a great location near the park with a view of the greenery when you have breakfast in the morning .One part of the hotel has been renovated with very nice rooms with a beautiful exposed shower the other part has not yet been renovated but the rooms are still belle.Colazione plentiful and varia.Personale kind and present

The biggest scam ever!

This was the biggest scam I had in my life, paying the double of a hotel room per night, and not even getting an invoice at the check-out.
It took me 3 days of calling and asking to please send me the invoice. when I finally got the invoice it turned out to be an Excel document. Really: an Excel as Invoice?
I am very diaspointed in the hospitality and the way in which Hotel M is treating their clients.
I would never come back and recommend NOT to stay in this Hotel ever. This is a scam!

Great experience

Stayed at Hotel M for 1 week during a conference. The facilities are nice and all area are clean. Guest rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff are pleasant and accommodating in most respects. The only issue that we had was the inability to get two keys for the room. That was needed to allow me to have a key while attending the conference and my wife to have a key while doing other things.
We often left some non- room-keys in the electric “switch” so that the refrigerator would stay on.
There are some parts of the hotel that could use refurbishing, like carpets on the stairs and some aspects of access for disabled guests. Breakfast can be included in your room rate. It is plentiful enough that we really needed little lunch, other than the inevitable leftovers from the large dinners on earlier nights.
The hotel is on major bus lines. Fares are complimentary. So getting to the center of Belgrade is no problem. The return can be trickier as maps show many bus lines passing the hotel that are not actually running. If you want a taxi the hotel will provide a driver to your destination. You have to find an actual taxi or other preferred transport to return.
Would happily return when in Belgrade again.

Nice hotel. There is a forest in the back. The only issue was that i told the clerk twice for a wake-up call and never got one.

Hotel is extremely old but decently kept. Staff is not pleasant, none of who I interacted with were friendly or helpful. Definitely not worth $150 a night in a country where that's half of monthly average salary.
