Perfect stay and lovely staff
We had an excellent stay in July 2026.
The welcome was warm and the staff service is great.
Clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained room.
We felt right at home.
Thanks to the whole team, we will come back with pleasure.

Stayed here on a quick layover. The staff was accommodating and the transport to airport was very convenient.

Beautiful, Modern Hotel/ Lovely Staff
We stayed here for one night to regroup after arriving in Dakar and before setting out to explore the rest of the country. Prior to our arrival we called the hotel and scheduled a pick-up at the airport. Neither of us speak French, but luckily the front desk staff that we spoke with (and later met in -person) spoke English. Our driver met us at arrivals holding a sign with our name. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and also arranged for a car to drive us to our next destination the following morning.
Our room was spacious and modern with a great shower, comfy beds, plenty of outlets and strong wifi.
Other things that I loved about our stay:
-Great dinner and breakfast buffets (as well as menu options)
-There was plenty of bottled water available to us
- Great gym with new equipment
I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I expected better!
I expected better! Staff was kind and the beds were comfy. However, the hotel does not have an email and didn’t answer their phone after 6 calls over 3 days. I even messaged them through FB and they did not reply. They had us a room with an adjoining room that was completely open. We closed the one door but the door in the adjoining room remained open. So when the person entered their room, we could hear everything. It was so bizarre that those doors weren’t closed to begin with. And our shower was defective. It leaked water all the way to the hotel room door!

We sincerely apologize for the difficulty you experienced when trying to reach the hotel prior to your stay. Being accessible to our guests is essential, and we recognize that the lack of response via phone, email, and social media is unacceptable. This matter has been raised with management to ensure our communication channels are properly monitored and responsive at all times.
We also regret the inconvenience caused by the adjoining room configuration. And the defective shower and the water leakage, which clearly falls below our maintenance standards. This issues have been reported to our technical and housekeeping teams for immediate corrective action.

The gentleman at the reception on Saturday 14 February with glasses was very unpleasant, impatient with customers.
