Best place I stayed in Senegal

Very nice gated facility. It is difficult to find if you don't know the area. It is in a more industrial part of town next to the Saloum River. Several different units spread out over the property Nice common area and good restaurant. Water is not drinkable, which is true for all of Senegal. Free Internet available but not always dependable.

Basic hotel

This hotel provides everything what you need, but the atmosphere is not really great (it's probably too dark inside). The wifi here is pretty good, the beds are bigger than in le relais, but we preferred the bathroom in le relais (and the atmosphere). The pool is also much smaller.

Good enough place to rest your head

We were unexpectedly stuck in Kaolack for a night after a hot day and a broken-down car. So I was happy just to have a room with a/c, a hot shower and a comfortable bed. The room was clean, the facilities looked adequate and the staff were friendly. With few options in Kaolack at this price range, I think it is fairly adequate for a night or two.

Pour une escale

Cet hôtel présente des chambres plutôt grandes climatisées avec de jolies salles de bain. Mais l extérieur n est pas entretenu, sale et la piscine pas franchement envi de piquer une tête. Le dîner du soir est copieux mais occidental dommage. Le petit déjeuner copieux est très bien. Donc le lieu est recommandé pour une escale.

A recommander pour une nuit

Hôtel bien tenu , propre , confortable ...
Personnel accueillant et arrangeant .
Les chambres sont confortables , bien équipées , propres ....
La restauration est de bonne qualité .
Par contre la piscine ne fait envie .
