Good for a short stay

I visited the city for some work, but with my wife and small son, they just spent a nice time walking around, while i worked. The hotel is good, very modern for Russia. All is quite new. I like the mattress, it`s hard enough for good sleep. Very interesting, that every double room has a hiding third bed. Very smart solution! Room hasn`t aircon, but we didn`t need it, because wasn`t too hot. I think, it could be problem, during hot days in summer. Breakfast was included in the price and good enough(porridge was too sweet for my taste, but tasty))) We needed in a cettle, but didn`t find it in the room, besades at the page of the hotel on"the booking.com" it should be in, but i took it at the recepcion and you should be aware, that it ONE cettle for all rooms))) The cafe Gleden on the first floor close in 9 p.m., after that time you should forget about food, wine, even about ice. But, hot and cold water you can find in an coolers on every floor. The parking is good and big, but even the staff blocke the way to main entrance by cars, without thinking about needs of guests. The hotel is too far for a city center if you want to go there quickly, but very convinient for a travellers, who like a good athmosfere, trees and quiet places.The staff is not too helpful, but kind.

Благодарим за отзыв, но хотим прояснить некоторые моменты: стоянка для автомобилей открытая, доступ не блокируется, видеонаблюдение ведется с нескольких ракурсов (4), на каждом этаже отеля имеется кулер с холодной и горячей водой, поэтому чайников в номерах нет (по индивидуальной просьбе - выдается в номер). В жаркие дни в каждом номере устанавливается напольный вентилятор. Кондиционер есть в номере другой ценовой категории.

Небольшой уютный отельчик

Отель совсем небольшой, довольно уютный, кормят вкусно. Действительно, хорошая слышимость, но это в основном, когда бегают детишки. Нас было трое взрослых, номер небольшой, но мебель в комнате спланирована удобно, тесно не было. Цена оправдана полностью-советую!

Уютный современный отель старинного города

Отель находится на въезде в город Великий Устюг. Построен совсем недавно, поэтому здесь все новое, чистое, блестящее. В одноместном номере есть все, что необходимо туристу для уютного и беззаботного проживания - туалетные принадлежности (мыло, гель и шампунь, шапочка для душа), телевизор, шкаф, тумбочка, тапочки, ежедневно приносится бутылочка питьевой воды. В отеле есть собственное кафе, где кормят завтраком (входит в стоимость номера) и можно заказать еду на обед, ужин. Кормят очень вкусно, недорого (по московским меркам цены просто скромные). Очень приветливый персонал как на ресепшн, так и в кафе. В центр города можно добраться на автобусе (21 руб.), но удобнее заказать такси (75 руб.).

Один из лучших отелей в городе

Отелей находиться в 15-20 мин. от исторического центра города. Уютные, чистые номера, уборку делают каждый день. Есть трансфер от вокзала, завтраки с выбором блюд. Кто на личном транспорте есть бесплатная парковка. Приветливый персонал, расскажут куда сходить и что посетить, вызовут такси при необходимости.

В целом не плохо, но есть недочеты

В Великий Устюг все едут с детьми, где семейные номера? И напрямую номер не забронируешь, все заранее раскупается агентами и перепродается за 2 цены в сезон. Пришлось брать через агентство несколько маленьких, это постоянная беготня по коридору, постоянно открытые двери - не удобно.
Сами двери - недоразумение, карты часто не опознаются, выдается только одна карта на номер, часто бывает заперта внутри. Душ прикручен к стене, слив в полу, не удобно. Звукоизоляции нет. Слышно все. Номера маленькие. Ресторан при отеле больше похож на столовую с претензией, ничего из меню нет в наличии, скандальный персонал ресторана, приоритет отдается завозным со стороны группам, приживающие в отеле идут по остаточному принципу. Есть место для парковки. В номерах было тепло несмотря на мороз -35 -39.
