Frozen and didn’t get enough sleep

A few days ago I was relaxing in this hotel, the room was very cold. The thermometer was only +15, by night the air somehow warmed up to +17, despite the fact that it was no lower than -10 outside. A double bed is a different story, on On one high mattress, for some reason, another thinner mattress was placed, which constantly moved out. As a result, we left the hotel without sleep and with a runny nose. I visit this hotel periodically, the prices are constantly rising and the service drops from time to time!

More suitable for 1-2-3 day visits, no more

I lived in this hotel several times - in the fall, winter and summer. The rooms/hotel are shabby - furniture, stained carpet, old square TVs with adequate picture quality, battered plumbing. The rooms have a mini refrigerator. Wifi is tolerable. Nearby is the chic Georgian restaurant Khinkali-Gali - everything is incredibly tasty at normal prices, and right in one of the hotel buildings where breakfasts are held, the Olivia Cafe, where, if you take the usual main menu, in my opinion the cuisine is simply of the highest level - bruschettas, salads, hot - everything is incredibly tasty and elegant, but the price tag is a little bit steep)) What surprised me a little unpleasantly on my last visit to the hotel was the number of drug addicts wandering around the entrance to the hotel building (unfortunately, I don’t remember the building number) and they are at the reception, and , based on what I observed while I was living there, sales were handled by one of the administrators from the reception. This spoiled the impression. But for the location of the hotel it corresponds to price/quality, only for me the big minus is that there are no coolers or kettles in the rooms or on the floors, there are no coffee machines in the lobby - nothing, that is, you can’t drink tea/coffee in the hotel, there’s no hot food eat

Отель достаточно неплох. Расположен близко к метро. Персонал реагирует достаточно оперативно на возникающие проблемы . В номерах есть всё самое необходимое, такое как ТВ, холодильник и прочее. Из минусов могу назвать только то, что в номере было достаточно прохладно. Возможно, экономят на отоплении))). А так отель рекомендую. Останавливаюсь там уже не первый раз.
