Very good value for money

Very nice and clean place with a very good location down town where the activity is happening. The apartment is fully equipped to cook or to have a coffe in the morning.
Being one room, studio, the building is very high and you don’t feel the real size.

Excellent facility

The apartments are large, comfortable and cute. The personel is very much customer oriented, making sure that the guests have a pleasent stay. Modern elevator abd safe parking. Also the price was very convenient.

Wonderful hosts!

I visited Timișoara with my husband and our 3-year-old child, so we chose a quiet area. 15 minutes to the city center by car.
The apartment was spacious, clean, wonderful hosts!
I recommend to everyone!

Great place, friendly staff

Big beds, good matress, smart TV. Location is in a quit area. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Visaj represents both good value for money and a unique concept. Thank you I will come back again!

Hit and miss at this one.

First of all, this an apart-hotel in a suburb under development, a car is a must if you are into sightseeing. It is a new building with nice amenities but unfortunately a lot of things were on the cheap side.
Poor soundproofing - you can hear the neighbors quite easily
Good looking furnishings but of low quality - the bed frame is awfully squeaky, pretty much all furniture is same low quality. The sofa in the living room was stained and dirty, very unappealing.
Nice looking bath again with cheap fixtures and scratchy towels that can be better be used as cleaning rugs. Your may need them to wipe out all the water spilling from the tub without a shower curtain :).
You can find dirt in all usual spots, corners, behind doors, etc. Because interiors are white and shiny an extra effort has to be put into cleaning. I guess whoever developed this, did not thing about this aspect.
The apartment is large but when occupied by 2, max 3 people a lot of space is unused. They should have made the units smaller and spent the extra money on furnishings.
