Excellent

Very clean and modern space, hairdryer, minibar, excellent food, great services, spa facilities with exceptional relaxing massage, salt water pool, hot tub, children pool and 140m adult pool. Great experience.

Air filters in the rooms

A positive surprise: there are air filters in every room and you can eat on a covered terrace, sheltered from the rain, outside.
The rooms are small, there is no safe. Nearly no shelf space in the bathroom.
Lunch and dinner were fine.
The breakfast could be improved: real juice, not some fruit drink, cut seasonal fruit instead of whole bananas, musli or oatmeal, not only chocolate cereal. There was a large choice of cooked food. Cooked, not necessarily hot. The eggs sunny side up were cold several mornings in a row. Only one jam, one type of bread.
The spa has also a small outdoor pool, but it is dangerous to climb in, the ladder sits on unstable ground and wobbles. None of the pools can be used to really swim.
If you speak neither Hungarian nor Romanian, communication is not always easy.

I don’t recomand .

A staff with an uncommon sensation, both the red-haired lady at the reception who threatens my children as she gives them leaflets over her head and takes them out if they are still there and the waiters who have not heard of kindness, on the contrary, an attitude how I was not given to meet at a hotel. The 1 star breakfast, weak, ffff weak, finished a product they did not bring even though it was 9 o'clock and breakfast was until 10 o'clock. The only ok point is the pool. Otherwise the money thrown ... not worth at all that money ... embarrassing. Shame on the management that allows this attitude towards the customers ... and all this especially to the speakers of the Romanian language !!!!!!

An inspired choice

I've chosen this hotel to spend a few days around New Years Eve with my family. Excellent choice! Very nice staff, good food, clean and warm rooms. For recreation, the hotel has a not too large but sufficient spa. Don't miss this hotel, it's worth every penny!
