Decent place, friendly staff, convenient location

The guesthouse lies just off the pedestrian street in downtown Petroșani and is hence quite handy. Other than that, both when I booked a room and when I got there staff were friendly and helpful (late arrival, packed breakfast, local contacts). My room was fair for the price paid, clean and well kept. I rate it 4/5 as there are some endowments that could be improved, but nothing critical. I shall gladly stay there again when I need spend the night in Petroșani next time I am off to the Parâng!

Shining and raising star

After our bad night stay in hotel Petrosani we moved into this newly reconstructed pension with all new stuff and modern look except furniture pieces they were new but antigue look. I can't say bad about pieces from IKEA. I had very nice stay in this hotel. It is located on quiete place distant from main boulevard. The only noise in the evenings were music from restaurant in first floor, but they closed it at 10PM. Restaurant is excelent, stuff is very friendly speak some English (they would need more excercising). Bathroom is roomy. If I am going to go there again I would stay in this pension.

Franchment, pour ce prix, il y a mieux

Propre et récent, l'établissement pêche cependant par son confort assez spartiate et sa finition bâclée : ménage sommaire (chips retrouvée sous le lit), pas de savon, couleurs mal choisies (heureusement, la nuit il fait noir), eau chaude / eau froide inversée, carrelage mal posé, etc. De plus, j'ai connu accueil plus chaleureux dans ce beau pays qu'est la Roumanie. En un mot, pour le même prix, ou à peine plus, les hôtels plus haut-de-gamme proches sont à recommander. A défaut, pour moins cher, celui juste à côté fera l'affaire.

Petrosani non e' New York . . .

Premesso che Petrosani non offre moltissime attrattive e ci si va ( credo ) solamente per lavoro, devo dire che questa pensioncina ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo e possiede delle stanze tranquille e spaziose. Si trova in zona centrale ed è abbastanza pulita.
Ma se fate colazione la mattina sappiate che potrete trovare la stanza affollata e soprattutto invasa dal fumo. Consiglio di fare colazione altrove...
