Mamaia Asylum Beach

Set on the shores of the Romanian Black Sea in Mamaia, Hotel Bueno is located between the sea and Lake Siutghiol. All rooms are air-conditioned and have free Wi-Fi. Opened in the summer of 2010, each room is modern and comfortably furnished. Flat-screen cable TVs, mosquito nets and balconies are provided. A minibar, a safe and a work desk can be found in every room. The Bueno's elegant restaurant serves international dishes. In nice weather guests can enjoy their meals on the terrace. The beach is a few steps away from the terrace. A 24-hour front desk is available on site, as well as free private parking upon availability.

Great location by the sea.

Quite ok caming with very nice hosts who are happy to show you when you wonder anything.
Just two regular toilets and the others with holes in the floor. (Could be someone more)same on lady as Mr.
The campsite is all the way down by the beach which is private so is a sort of plus.
40 Ron for sun lounger.
Campingen 190 Ron per natt.
There is a restaurant at the campsite if you want to call it that for our disaster food. Had fillet with fries and a tomato salad.
The meat was so dry you couldn't even chew it, the fries cold, only edible was the salad.
Recommend going along steering to restaurant Zumma which had fantastic food.

Never here again

Chaotic overpriced campsite,everyone parks where a place is to be found.Rusted shower closures,no toilet paper ,no hot water at the sink.Old equipment where it is saved at the expense of tourists.

Campingplatz hui, Restaurant pfui

The campsite is okay, the sanitary facilities clean.
The beach is very nice, clean, and very easy to reach. Also for people in wheelchairs.
The restaurant is terrible. We got a big menu, in the end it was just pizza and it was lower average. The mixed salad was very small, poor value for money.
In the restaurant there was smoking in the interior. Several people have taken their seats, lighting cigarettes and large cigars. I find it cheeky, as we are here in the EU and there is an absolute ban on smoking in the guest rooms in the EU. No consideration was given to the other guests.

Holiday with Friends

The camping has its own beach which is really clean and you have the option to also buy a sunbed for a day. The staff was friendly and the rooms and the sanitary groups were well cleaned. I had a great holiday together with my friends and I strongly recommend this camping if you want to have a beautiful and a relaxing time. :)

No water in the higher floors at Motel Soleil

We stayed at Motel Soleil in august 2018. First of all I must say that it is the first time I see a hotel look better in reality than in pictures. They rooms are not that orange. They are beige/brown, OK looking and clean. But the double bed is small and very noisy. I couldn’t sleep on the bed with my husband. He slept on the single bed and I shared the double bed with our five-year old. You cannot turn around in bed without waking from the noise it makes. The rooms are cleaned and you get new towels every day. They change the bedsheets every 3rd day.
The drainage in the bathroom is not functioning well, the water is all over the bathroom and there is nothing they can do about it because it was poorly built. After a couple of days it smells wet/moist. Waterpressure was always bad. It was hard to wash off soap from the hair and we often remained with either no warm water or no water at all.
As the weekend came and the camping became overcrowded we had NO WATER in the room in the afternoon. I was in the shower with my 10 month old baby and I had to use bottled water to wash off the soap from the baby. That was totally NOT OK. The next day the water was dripping (not flowing) so we could wash off the baby, but the older child had to be washed off with cold water. As we mentioned the problem to the reception, we politely asked for a solution to the problem. The staff attitude was not ok. Very unfriendly and they did not give me any explanation and did not want to give me a room at a lower floor. It would have been nice with an apology or an information note about the problem, so that I could choose not to go in the shower with the baby, or wait until later or so.
The food quality in the restaurant variating. The soups were truly great and fresh every day while pasta looked like throw up. The service was bad and took forever to get the food served in the rush hours.
The motel is totally overpriced for what it offers. I mean water is basic. If you cannot provide water in the shower for the guests, then you don’t even deserve one star...
