Clean rooms, extremely helpful staff, gym may be small but with updated and diverse equipment for its size. Also pool and gym have a pretty amazing 360 view of the surroundings. Easy to travel everywhere and close to the city center.

Very sad, overmarketed and overpriced, no spa&pool available, poor breakfast

After UNTOLD festival is done and the hotel owners made a lot of money, they don't care about the next tourists anymore. This is why this hotel had a lot of issues. First of all the bathroom had not been properly cleaned when we checked-in (including the toilet, with traces of #2) and didn't function properly (the water ran all night at the toilet, without any possibility to stop it and also the sink leaked). The shower gel dispenser wasn't there, on the wall along with the shampoo, but instead they provided small recipients. Second: breakfast was expensive, very poor and wasn't a buffet "because there weren't enough guests at the time". We had to order out of a short list of things, but they didn't even have those (no butter in the first day, no lactose-free yogurt ever, no fruit and the "bacon" was actually 2 slices of some sort of ham, fried). Third: thy spa and the pool weren't available for the whole stay due to "cleaning process in progress" (whatever that meant). The reason we picked this hotel was exactly the pool (not too many choices in Cluj). Once we booked the room, they should have sent us a message telling us that the pool and spa were unavailable and give us the chance to cancel and pick other accommodation, but they didn't. Fourth: parking at the hotel was RON 96/day which is totally outrageous, given the above mentioned issues the hotel had. Not only they never tried to compensate with anything, but at check-out, they almost charged us an extra parking day... The good part was that the room was spacious, but you want to avoid picking a room "with a city view" because those are the noisiest.

A good idea...if the room faces the back.

Hotel a bit out of the way but at an affordable price.
Late check-in (10:30 PM) probably by the night watchman who was not the most friendly... Comfortable room, with coffee maker and complimentary bottle of water. Spacious bathroom. Signs of moisture on the ceiling, a cracked sink...but pleasant bedding. Well-stocked breakfast, very kind staff.
The only real negative point, the noise: we faced the front, a busy avenue, and the sound insulation is not good...

Friendly staff, however it’s little bit older 5 stars, felt more like 4 stars hotel. Breakfast avarage, dinner restaurant below average.
