Excellent hotel

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the city center / old town. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff is nice and professional. A big plus was the free parking although the number of parking spots is limited.

Spacious room, warm n friendly reception service

Good n warm reception staff, location is not far from city square which is 10-15min walk. Big n spacious room. Complimented tea n hot water at reception n allow access to dining area . Level 2 has sofa seat for guest to chill
Near the hotel - there is a pizza cafe n Chinese eatery . Didn’t try but at least this 5min walk fr hotel

Poor choice

· The hotel is quite close to the center, about 15-20 minutes walk to the center. The turn of the center is uphill, to go is downhill.
The rooms are a good size, for two people without bothering and having bags over there and I can not say more positively.
The cleanliness is improveable, quite improveable: hair kills by the bathroom, remnants of the medicines of the previous guests... room 101 smells stale, a strong smell that did not leave in 3 days with the window open. Cleanliness ties with an Ibis of Dresden as the worst hotel I've ever visited
The staff also do not improve the stay. To begin with when you walk past them and say hello or be fazed. Except for a young girl in glasses, the rest was like talking to a wall.
There is no soundproofing, you hear the cars go by all night, but the best thing is when the night staff goes out to smoke and gets under your window with the phone..... they may be making a call or they may be with people and play music on the phone, no matter if it is 23 or 3.
There are staff who can deny you in your face what you just said, apart from having a nefarious attitude, you can repeat: "is yours" 3 times, to within 10 seconds start speaking Spanish and deny that it is blaming you for the dirt. I'm sure you have more to say yet on the subject.
The elevator is curious on the first floor, basically, you need to call from other floors or you can not use it, on that floor as much as you press the button, it does not work, on the rest if, but not on that.

Outstanding service from the front desk staff. One of them was kind enough to lend me his desktop computer to print out my boarding pass which I was unable to do on an iPhone.
The only slight criticism is the water pressure in the shower is weak and it takes about five minutes for hot water to appear.
Overall, very good value for money with a included decent breakfast.

Good hotel

Had a good stay here.
Modern and clean room, especially the bathroom was neat.
Friendly staff.
The city center is nearby, you can walk to most sights of the city, meaning, there`s a good number of restaurants, bars and stores nearby as well.
Only minus points: the wifi reception in my room was quite bad and the hallways are a little too dark.
Nonetheless, it's reccomendable to stay here.
