Excelent

Excelent tradinional romanian food! Servers were very friendly and personable. Service went far above expectations. We came here every day in our vacation, even if our accommodation was in another city next to Bran. Thank you and “Sarut mana pentru masa”

OK for a one night stop to visit the castle. Amazing castle view from the room.

The hotel is a little dated and the rooms could do with a good refurbishment. Having said that the castle views are amazing and for a one night stop in Bran to visit the castle the hotel is acceptable.
It’s worth asking for a couple of extra pillows and towels on arrival, as there is only one of each per person in the room.
There is also a bit of road noise on the castle side at night but again it’s a trade off for the view.
Breakfast was generous and the waiter was friendly and helpful.
To be honest it was a bit of an adventure and perfectly fine for our one night stay.

We walked out

We decided to come here for a meal after doing some research. The hotel looked really nice, and we we were looking forward to trying some local dishes (it showed they sold somali, which is one thing I struggled to find while we were in romania)
We were shown to our table and given our menus, then the lad walked away. We spent about 10 mins going thru the menu trying to find something to try. Most of the items were frozen, which was shown by a little frost symbol. So we decided to for one of the 3 items in the whole menu that wasn't frozen. It was the most expensive item on the menu but was a platter for 2 people.
After another 5 mins or so and not 1 member of staff was around. In this time, no one had been over to take our drinks order, let alone our food order. It was literally us and another family over from us in the restaurant.
Another 5 mins went past, and a member of staff finally appeared, walked straight past our table, and went over to the other family to take away their empty plates. Didn't even look at us.
At that point, we got up and walked out.
It was really disappointing as we were looking forward to the food. We ended up going to another restaurant.
I would avoid this place if ever in bran again.

Indecent room

Terrible room never seen a worse!! Dirty and in pitiful condition torn sofa mattress for the indecent child broken tv and missing fridge not to mention the person in reception who warned of all the problems!!!!l only thing in favor of the location near the castle!

What a great stake !

because we passed through Bran, and knowing the area well, we said let's eat a good steak. and so we did. we stopped at the hotel restaurant where we ordered pork and beef of course. we also drank a lemonade and a coffee and set off on the road with a full stomach. expensive for 2 people, but considering the area and the landscape, we can say that it was worth it.
Nice serving and also fast.
