Perfect
I'm not usually a breakfast person but here the offering was on another level and I just couldn't refuse the wonderful treats available.
I really should single out Antonio for his attentive help and thank him publicly for his calm, professional and caring attention.

An amazing and defining vacation event--a dining experience!
Well, to paraphrase an old saying, if it’s Monday it must be Savoia Castle, a restored country estate found an easy drive into the countryside from the heart of Old Town, Prague. The owner of the castle, Dino, brings an easy-going style, a disarming smile, and curiously enough, bears a resemblance to Alec Baldwin. Anton, a family member, serves as a key member of the Savoia team and coordinates much of the activity. In all, the activity for a tour of the castle and grounds, and the four-course meal is as you might expect: warm and friendly; absolutely professional—and mostly delicious, engaging and truly a lot of fun!
Located just a 40-minute drive from the old town (Prague), Anton coordinated picking up our crew of five and provided round trip travel to the castle; returning us to our apartment in Prague after dinner.
When we first arrived at Savoia, Anton and several other staff opened the castle and grounds to our party with a tour of the buildings, grounds and gardens. I won’t spoil your experience, but there are a few surprises worth waiting for if you do take the chance to visit this inviting—and intriguingly delicious—venue. I should note that Anton was also more than helpful with our accessibility needs, with one of our party needing wheelchair access (this accommodation was a real treat considering the challenges with accessibility in Prague which is heavily paved with cobblestone!).
After the tour of the castle and gardens, we were treated to very light local hors d’oeuvres, along with a surprise and “blind” wine tasting (the bottles were hidden in bags to conceal their labels). Dino offered a sampling of two whites (a local Muller-Thurgauand and a Vernaccia di San Gimignano), and two reds (a Castello di Quercerto Chianti, and the local Frankovka): presenting a variety from their own regional vines, as well as from vineyards elsewhere across the European Union—the test of course was to pick which was the local Savoia wine. Both offerings for the white and red wines were exceptional, with a leaning toward Savoia!
The four-course meal served was truly remarkable. Both for its honoring local cuisine, and for its perfection in taste and presentation. Menu selections included traditional Prague ham roll with potato, salad, Beef tenderloin with cream sauce (Svíčková)—finishing with a Savoia Cheesecake. Each course was served with a casual and friendly staff—and the special attention and humorous dialogue along the way by Dino. The attention to detail by Anton and staff throughout the meal was personal, friendly and as professional as you expect in an intimate castle setting—fine dining at its best.
And it was a real treat to meet Dino’s wife, who came out to serve dessert, to engage our group, and offer her own personal touch to an overall perfect meal.
The trip to the castle is an easy drive through the rolling countryside outside of Prague. The welcoming is genuine and friendly. The service and dinner impeccable. And the staff friendly and engaging. A very nice way to spend the afternoon and evening in an equally nice city like Prague!

Great place for wedding
This place is stunning for outside weddings, head manager is opened to all ideas and very helpful. If the weather is not nice, there is indoor option with charming hall, but keep in mind it suits approx max 60 persons, so space is limited. Be careful to take your own wedding coordinater as castle team service was very chaotic before ceremony starts and without anyone out of the castle team would be very hard to coordinate.
