Romantika pro dva
V nádherných horách Slezské Beskydy je umístěn hotel Bahenec. Wellnes pobyt se skládal ze sauny, bazén, který jsme stihli ve dvou. A konečně jsem ochutnala i jedinečnou pivní lázeň, kdy jste ve dvojici v sudu naplněné vonnými látkami a k tomu si sami čepujete pivko. Po lázni vás personál zabalí do bělostného prostěradla a uvede vás do královské postele, kde ležíte na zpracované měkkoučké slámě pokryté prostěradlem. Dřevěná postel s nebesy v intim prostředí.
Doporučuji procházku po blízkém okolí, kde leží domy jak z pohádky a z minulého světa. Dřevo, klid a zelený les.
Strava je vynikající, uvítací večeře. Bufet s předkrmy, polévkou. Hlavní chod - vše domácí a chuťově výborné.
Ranní snídaně je velmi bohatá - sladké, slané, výběr pro všechny.
Pokoje jsou velmi prostorné, klidné a harmonické.
Den žen jsem si opravdu užila ve dvou v nebývalé romantice.
Pánové, pokud chcete překvapit partnerku, tak jasná volba.

Nothing fancy, but overall pleasant stay.
VERY nice people! Thank you for being so understanding about our late arrival and still providing great service!!! Here's my review: The staff is SO friendly and this hotel has a lot of potential. I give it 3 stars because of the super staff, great views from the rooms and nice wellness area. I would give it 3.5 stars if I could. Here's what kept me from a full 4 or 5 star rating. After us arriving over 2 hours late they stayed to accommodate us and ensure we were able to experience the famous beer bath. They even kept the kitchen staff around to ensure we were well fed. The dinner schnitzel was HUGE and very good, as was the rest of the meal (salad could use some dressing though). The rooms are OK, not super fancy (doesn't need to be though) but the beds are terrible. The beds are standard beds but there is no springs or anything, just a 6 inch mattress laying on a sheet of plywood; very uncomfortable. If you like a firm bed then you're probably OK, but if you prefer a bit more cushioning then beware. The pillows were feather pillows that after about 5 minutes were flat and had little support. The next bad thing is the fact that the rooms insulation isn't that great, in fact I didn't sleep much due to the guests upstairs from us walking around, talking and smoking on their balcony at 3AM. The shower was OK, a little cramped and no shower head hanger, you have to hold the shower the whole time (not a real biggie). The rooms could use a little maintenance too, stains on the carpet and broken toilet flush buttons (still functions), but they are very clean rooms so no complaints there. The wellness area is nice. The sauna is good, the pool is clean and great temp with nice views and a great place to relax. The beer bath was great, even though ours was cut short (due to our own fault (mine) for not getting there on time) it was still very nice and a great experience! Two things would have made it nicer, first if they'd let us and the other couple that we were with do the beer bath at the same time, but since your naked maybe they thought that would be a problem? But we were willing and asked a couple times but were told it's not possible...even though it's set up for up to 3 couples at once. And last if they'd fix the beer taps so more than foam came out! I suspect they do this on purpose to keep the guests from drinking too much! LOL. Now, the drive up to the hotel was interesting. There are 2 ways to get there; the right way and the wrong way! LOL...the wrong way is a gravel road up through the woods...which was NOT FUN on motorcycles (especially 2-up, with lots of gear and pulling a trailer). If you run into gravel, turn around and go back into Pisek to find the right road! The right way is a very nice forest (paved) road that is about 8 KM up to the hotel. Be careful though, it's only wide enough for 1.5 vehicles so take it slow. Finally, be aware the staff speaks only Czech and a only one person speaks German, with a bit of broken English (she tried but preferred German). I don't think it would be a real problem, but for those who are sensitive about not being able to speak the language this could be a problem (especially if you don't speak German, which we do so it wasn't a problem for us). So, bottom line, would I stay there again? Well, I wouldn't drive out of my way like I did this time to, but if I was in the area and needed a room, yes I would (just out of familiarity and because of the super staff).

Útulný hotel s dobrým welness
4 dny relaxace a neskutečného klidu v příjemném prostředí Beskyd. Teploučký bazén, sauna,masáže a moc dobré jídlo. Doporučuji toto místo pro lenochy, nebo pro lidi co si potřebují odpočinou od městského ruchu. Dali jsme mu název: Na konci světa.

Nádherné místo na kopci s výhledem. Bohužel v okolí není moc možností na procházky. Hotel je vhodný pro rodiny s dětmi, je tam pro ně hřiště a bazén. Hotel z venku působí příjemně. Uvnitř už je to o dost horší. Hotel by si zasloužil renovaci. Nesourodý styl, každá stěna jinak vymalovaná, působí to dost bídným dojmem. Celým hotelem se line velmi silný nasládlý zápach. Ale někomu to třeba nevadí. Kuchyně je vynikající, ale co je slabé je servis. Recepční je zároveň servírka a barmanka a pravděpodobně i uklízí. Veškerý personál je jakoby v křeči. Dělají jednu věc, ale už se zdá, že je zdržujete, aby mohli jít dělat něco jiného. Celkově hotel nepůsobí příjemně. A stačilo by tak málo. Zaměřit se více na péči o hosta.

prodloužený víkend s rodinou
Ubytování slušné, odpovídající kategorii 3*, strava chutná a dostačující porce, personál usměvavý a ochotný, lázně a bazén super, okolí okolo hotelu by chtělo trochu upravit, sem tam posekat trávu, pro malé děti byla dost vysoká, také by to chtělo přidat trochu více atrakcí pro děti, i když je tento hotel asi spíše situovaný jako lázeňský.
Ale jinak hodnotím kladně, byly jsme spokojeni a můžu doporučit k odpočinku a relaxaci.
