LOCATION is everything!

The location is great, positioned right on the river! The hotel staff are some of the best in the industry; helpful at every step. We were given a free drink at check-in while we waited. The breakfast was outstanding and we'll worth the price. My only one complaint was that the bathroom in our hotel room was tiny. There wasn't enough room to have more than one in at a time. Otherwise, the experience was first rate.

Lovely hotel just needs a few tweaks

The hotel is well located easy walking distance to old town, Charles Bridge, Prague Castle etc spotlessly clean, lovely staff.
We did feel the pricing was a little high for the experience compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in at 4 or 5 star. The bathrooms need updating, roof bar was nice but pricing is very high €11 for small bottle of beer put us off from revisiting during our stay. The spa area was lovely but when we visited was full of a couple of large families so was used more like a public pool so didn’t get to relax there unfortunately. We were also told that breakfast was €45 per person not sure if that was correct.

Great hotel

Great hotel, well positioned for all the sights in Prague. Our room was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the whole experience was really very good. I would stay again.
