Nice centrally located hotel. Quiet and clean. Close to the main railway station and the old city.

Awful experience , not customer focused
Awful, booked well in advance. Arrived on the day to start our holiday. Advised that the hotel breakfast we had booked as part of the package would be in the form of a “box” containing a sandwich and juice which would need to be collected from reception in the mornings & help yourself to the tea and coffee available in reception. To say we were surprised to learn this at this late stage was an understatement as we booked a proper hotel breakfast. We were even more surprised to learn that this was due to a fire in the restaurant/rooftop bar which was completely closed.
The hotel should be notifying guests well in advance to allow them to make alternative arrangements. We halted the check in process as we always book a breakfast deal wherever we stay as it forms an important part of our holiday. The lady on reception couldn’t understand why we would be annoyed about this and said it’s ok if you don’t want the breakfast we can just take 12 euro each off the bill!
My husband asked to speak to the manager, who was stood nearby speaking to another staff member , she was looking over and rolling her eyes. She kept us waiting for a while so we hopped off to jump in a taxi to our new hotel which I had quickly booked whilst waiting and she chased us out into the street. We didn’t have a very pleasant interaction with her, customer service is non existent in this place. Stay elsewhere if you’re going to Prague , there are so many other beautiful hotels there. We had a great stay nearby with a fantastic breakfast!

Clean and Modern
Lovely modern hotel with great rooftop bar. I stayed here with my friend for 2 nights so we had a twin room. Rooms are modern but tiny. The hotel is probably 15 mins walk from the old square or you can jump on the metro. We had drinks up on the roof which was lovely but didnt make it to breakfast. The area is being redeveloped where the hotel is so lots of building works going on around it but it didnt effect our stay its just not got a pretty outlook.

Questionable cancelation of reservation
My experience with this hotel has left me extremely frustrated, stressed, and financially worse off.
More than two months before my upcoming trip to Prague, I made a reservation through Booking.com and paid the full amount upfront in advance. Then, just days before my departure, I unexpectedly received an automated cancellation notice from The Cloud One.
When I contacted the hotel for an explanation, I was told that my reservation had been cancelled due to a fire at the property. However, I have been unable to find any media reports or publicly available information relating to such an incident. What makes this even more concerning is that the hotel appears to have availability for bookings almost immediately after my originally scheduled stay. This raises serious questions about the legitimacy of the reason provided and whether customers are being given the full truth.
As a result of this last-minute cancellation, I have been forced into a highly stressful situation, scrambling to find alternative accommodation at short notice in a busy travel period. Beyond the inconvenience and anxiety caused, I have also suffered a financial loss. Although a refund was eventually processed, the amount returned was significantly lower than what I originally paid due to unfavorable foreign exchange rate fluctuations over the past two months. In effect, I am now paying the price for a cancellation that was entirely outside of my control.
What angers me most is the complete disregard for the impact this has on guests who plan and pay well in advance, trusting that their confirmed booking will be honored. Cancelling a fully paid reservation just days before arrival and leaving customers to deal with the consequences is both unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. The way this situation was handled has severely undermined my confidence in both their professionalism and their commitment to customer service.

Clean, modern, and very well priced. The breakfast was amazing and the rooftop patio is a great place to relax with a pint.
