Fantastic apartment complex

The property is located in the center of Prague, in a truly perfect location. The subway is almost next door, although we didn't have to christianize it at all. Shops and countless food options at any time of the day are literally at your feet. We stayed 7 nights in Tower Superior Studio, which is a huge apartment overlooking the main street. It's like in the photo. It's a high ceiling, which makes it seem even bigger. The kitchen is fully equipped. The furniture is fine. I would definitely stay in it again. There was a slight smell in the bathroom siphon, but I hope the management will be consulted on this once it has been informed.

Really painful

We stayed at the botanist for two nights whilst visiting Prague. The rooms are really modern and spacious, and the hotel is in an excellent location. Even though you are right in old town, the rooms are really peaceful.
Now the things that bought this down to a 3 star rating - they have tried to digitise everything about the hotel. There are no staff, no reception, no check in assistance. We booked through Agoda. The hotel kept messaging telling us to check in via a link in Agoda, however Agoda blocks all links and email addresses out of all of their app messages. I’ve been using Agoda for years and they have always done this, so I am not sure why the hotel doesn’t know this. I tried messaging the hotel multiple times to tell them this and they completely ignored my messages. Just kept saying we have already sent the link to you. I tried calling them and got a voice automated system which hung up on me because they were too busy. I called back again later and got through to an human and they said they will text me the link. The text never came through. I then asked them to email it to me, it finally came through on email as I was in the cab on the way to the hotel from the airport. I had to stand on the footpath and complete check in, with photos of passports, photo selfies etc. It was an absolute joke and unnessassary stress.
We finally get into the room and the whole place is operated on “smart” lighting and Airconditioning, which has no instructions in the room or in their online portal. You can’t turn the bathroom light on at night without turning the whole room on. The aircon turns itself off every hour or so. The wifi signal is so weak, we had to hotspot off our mobile phones to work on our laptops. The room it’s completely non functional. This “smart” room was completely NOT SMART
The icing on the cake was receiving a feedback email from the hotel as we were in the cab on the way back to the airport. The “share feedback” button in the email didn’t work, so you couldn’t share feedback with the hotel. Another fail. So I’m left with sharing my feedback here instead.

Clean rooms, nice location, decent price. No reception desk, all communication is digital but that is fine for me and keeps prices down.

WiFi is slow and does not allow for streaming in the tv. Shower stall wasn’t leak proof, so the floor in the bathroom got very wet after each shower.
Fire alarm is very effective (someone set if off by cooking) you will not be able to ignore or sleep through it.
