Room was clean and comfortable, in a nice area of Prague just outside the center. The tram stop is a 1 minute walk away making getting anywhere by public transport very straightforward. Friendly staff as well!

2 stars... But almost one.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during our stay in Prague. Our granddaughter was supposed to travel with us, but she got hurt and could not come... Hotel side... Lucky her! I am an honest person, so I will start with the strengths of the structure. The location, although not central, is very close to tram stop number 9, which connects the structure to the center. The room was not dirty upon our arrival. This does not mean it was impeccable, but it was not terrible either. The problem lies with the staff of the structure and the management of issues. As soon as we arrived, we reported a problem with the shower. The support of the showerhead was broken, and we requested a repair. We left without anything ever being fixed, but what was more serious was the receptionist's reaction; when I pointed out that the showerhead should be adjustable to the right height, he asked me if I had two hands to read it personally. Fortunately, I have two hands, but there are people who do not have this fortune and would still have had a non-functioning shower. In addition to this, one of the doors of the shower box was broken. Continuing... The mattress in the room is similar to the cobblestones of the city center, while the pillows are filled with air, making sleep decidedly uncomfortable. Additionally, the bed is not a double bed, but two single beds with a gap in the middle, which obviously does not enhance intimacy and romance. In 5 days, the bed linens and towels were changed only once. In the end, 2 stars only for the location. But if you want advice... Stay elsewhere.

Very bad

For the other rooms that remain overly loud, doors open and corridors serve as a kids'' playground. We told the front desk that they could make noise despite the matter, and we were very surprised that it didn’t change the room. There are screams and kids at the hotel every hour of the day. It gets untouchable because of its thin walls. Near the tram, very hard beds. Small toilet and bathroom, no sweats

basic room thats very comfortable , cheap for the area, breakfast is really good if a bit expensive . pretty good location there is a supermarket not far up the road that you can walk to

Really nice and clean hotel. There is a tramway stop right in front of it and it takes you to center of town in 10-15 min. It was very nice and convenient.
