Nice hotel for good price and restaurant too!

The hotel is in a quiet location. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! The hotel has a restaurant below the rooms in Suteren. The lady who runs the restaurant is very good and is willing to offer a really "Czech" breakfast for a small additional charge. The food is very tasty and you can also go for a drink there in the evening, and during the day you can enjoy really good food for lunch at very good prices!!! The lady at the reception was incredibly good to me. I found real relaxation there and will be happy to book a room there again and again.

Total dump

In short, unfriendly, dirty and run down...
Broken fittings, disgusting floor, open pipes, bulky waste in front of the window, cigarettes everywhere outside...
The bed was OK... but that was the only thing... any youth hostel is better...
Price/performance absolutely unjustified!

Cheap and VERY BASIC

We stayed here with children as had to change our accommodation last minute and on the cheap!
I would say this is a very basic place, but we had fresh towels every day (although damp) and free tea/coffee in the hallway. Mini fridge in the room and central heating. Tv too but didn't work.....
This place isn't near much so be mindful of that. There is a mini market less than a 5min walk away which is ridiculously cheap (so we stocked up on snacks etc)
To get to Prague city centre you have to walk 5mins if that to the bus stop no.110 and stay on for under 10min and get off at Hejtmanska (not sure if spelling is correct) then walk another few minutes to the Metro Station (Line B) which will take you straight to the centre...all in all about 45mins from start to finish.
This is more like a hostel than a hotel, but if like us you're out all day and night, it did the job.
The receptionist doesn't speak english so we used a translator app (she appreciated that : )

Worst stuffs a hotel can possibly have

This hotel is situated in a remote location with no shops restaurants nearby. We stayed there only because we were attending a wedding nearby. The receptionist and other stuffs can not speak or understand English at all. The lady in the reception has the most unpleasant and un welcoming receptionist I have ever met. There were no soap in the toilet and we had to ask for this three times then they finally supplied some. There were no telephone in the room so we had to go reception and ask for it. and the reception is in another building.
The Dining- The restaurant closes at 9 pm. as there were no other shop/restaurant nearby we had to starve the night we arrive. during our check in at 8.30 pm the receptionist said the restaurant remain open until 10.30pm. SO we went to the restaurant around 9.10 pm but the lady in there refused to serve us food saying its closed already. The next day during breakfast, we saw the restaurant lady was yelling at some German guests very rudely because they requested to keep some breakfast for their friend who was supposed to check in few minutes after the breakfast time closes. They ask it very politely but the woman was screaming and acting very rude. The next morning she was yelling at me with same rude manner because I was sitting in a sit reserved for other guests. though there were no sign or indication in any table that it was reserved. If there is no sign then how can someone know which table is reserved. This woman should immediately be sacked.
Room is basic. No cleaning was done during our three nights stay.

What out! They can cancel your reservation on a day of arival!

We made a booking via Booking.com 2 months in advance. They canceled our reservation on a day of arrival. The lady at reception when she saw me there was frightened and spoke only Czech and knew nothing. Never ever again!
