Quiet, good location
Walking distance to the center and tram stop..
To remember for the 65 plus.. public transport in Prague in free.(tram,metro and bus )
The hotel has a lovely garden, free of charge for hotel guests. (With sofas)
We had room 206 very quiet room not bothered by outside noise.
Breakfast is good but could be better, little fruit and the service could be better..
The friendliness of the staff could also be better.. except for a few people..
Attention euro exchange is quite expensive in the hotel....
The room only had a bath with possibility to stand in it and shower..
Mixing temperature is also not that easy....
Free daily sparkling or still water..there is also one coffee machine...
A fridge stocked, with price list..
A good point though, you can stream your own programs etc. from your phone or iPad
to the TV.. with good sound system.
The restaurant and cafe are quite expensive..
Which is also annoying every time after breakfast you get a folder for free drinking money..
Attention in Prague is nowhere drinking money included..
The city tax is also added, 100 Kroner/day.
Summary ; beautiful location, but the hotel does not exude a family atmosphere...

City tax is a mandatory fee by the city of Prague and we can not do much about it. On the other hand the visitors can enjoy benefits the city has to offer e.g. free public transportation for people over 65.

STAY HERE … it’s very good
It’s got character & style & the staff are amazing.
Breakfast is great & the roof top restaurant served a wonderful evening meal .
The concierge helped us with excursions & booking restaurants… fantastic… thank you .
It was my birthday & they even spoiled me with a cake in the room !

We were absolutely delighted with the room and the staff at the hotel.
Henry the concierge could not have been nicer or more helpful, which really made everything easier. I should also give a shout out to the breakfasts ( and the staff) which were excellent and which started every day in just the right way.
