A cozy hotel in cozy nature

A very cozy hotel with a wonderful atmosphere, professional, kind and gentle staff (especially the ladies), and delicious cuisine with a broad selection of wines. I strongly recommend it

Excellent restaurant!

We came to Náchod for a family trip. Unfortunately, the hotel Bonato was fully booked so we had to stay in another hotel. So we tried at least Bonato restaurant.
What an oasis! Beautiful terrace, excellent service and great food. The staff was very friendly and attentive. All drinks and food were excellent and served with a style. Well done!
We loved it there and will surely come back when in Náchod next time.

Garden was stunning

Room- basement, dark hall, wallpapers were falling, bad smell in the bathroom
Breakfast- good selection
Dinner- tatar steak was tooo ketchupy (didnt get a choice to mix it on my own)
A lot sauces in burger - none asked again
None came to ask if everything is ok
Garden was stunning and nice place to chill in hot afternoon
Staff - polite and nice
For 3* in Nachod (crazy price after I have seen hotel) no kettle,anything in the room

Poor attitude

Single rooms size of closet. Hotel clerk can not be bothered to help. Hidden wifi password. Nice lobby, good breakfast. Great views from roof promenade. I was on bike tour and this hotel was their choice. Clean room.

Pleasant Hotel

I liked it very much. A countryside Hotel with a restaurant and outside terrace with a decent fireplace. Very nice rooms, I had no 2 with a living room and a double bed on a galleria. Very clean and nicely decorated. The only thing I missed is a water bottle in the room. Wifi is quick and free. Breakfast was superior, there is a buffet as well as cooked food available.
The Restaurant offers a good selection of food, fish, meat or pasta, everything available in good quality.
The area looks quite save, a short stroll leads to the Polish border with some shopping possibilities along the road. The city of Náchod in the same distance to the other direction.
Bonato is absolutely to recommend..
