Very stressful check-in and unfair extra charges

It was very complicated. The host did not send me the access details in advance, so I had to call them to get help — and they later charged me 8 EUR just for that call. Only after that did they tell me I needed to fill out a security form, which I had to complete outside on a cold street while holding my baby. It was super uncomfortable and stressful.
On top of that, the host refused to return my security payment for completely unfair reasons and even charged me for simply trying to contact them to get the access keys. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
