Loved it, perfect stay

Lovely people, lovely restaurant, I have zero complaints.
The hotel is close to the center, offers amazing breakfast and the staff helps out with any issue.
Rooms are clean and quiet, definitely worth the price.
Will visit again.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES! DO NOT STAY!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! DO NOT STAY HERE! They are FRAUDS! Management LIES! This place is unsafe! HOMELESS everywhere! NO PARKING! Parking garage is full unless you work there. Otherwise be prepared to park 1km away and walk!
A small group of us just attempted to stay there for a week. After we checked in the first night, the hotel had no AC, even though they advertised having it. Since they were unable to fix it or resolve our issues with fans or similar, we checked out the next morning and were PROMISED we would not get charged for the remaining nights but we did anyways! We called to address it and were told to come back and see the manager the next day. We did. And then they kept trying to dodge us by hiding in the back behind the curtain. Finally the hotel manager told us we had to email the general manager. Gave us a card with the email. We did that. ZERO RESPONSE! At every turn they lie just trying to get us to go away.
In addition, the rooms are NASTY! It’s a joke and unsafe!! The rooms have these 5 foot by 5 foot windows that just open up to and can easily fall out. The bathtubs/showers are about two feet high and you almost have to use stairs to get into it! The spa is a joke. All the photos are from like 20 years ago. They place smells like mold and just overall nasty! Go stay at the courtyard by Marriott in Brno and you will love me for it. The king bed is two twins pushed together so you wake up in between. The fridge is full of their stuff they charge you for so no where to cool your drinks. No outlets near the bed.
We’re employees of the US government and have reported the FRAUDULENT CHARGES to the government travel agency and they’re banning them and the entire Czech hotels brand because of the FRAUDULENT charges!

Do not arrive too late

Arriving late, I didn't really have time to test it. No possibility of a late dinner. The breakfast has a good selection. Very crowded in the morning. Reception was just okay.

Good, but too hot

A very nice hotel in itself. Only it wasn't up to the extreme heat when we were there. The room was really hot. The staff was very friendly and did what they could to deal with the situation.
