arrived to be greeted by one of the bar staff who was very friendly, then the manager came to see us and signed us in, explained about time of breakfast, then helped us up stairs with our overnight bags. such a really nice gentleman, his name was Dave. the room was very clean and tidy, lovely white fluffy towels, plenty of tea, coffee etc. Breakfast was so good, and plenty of it , that was an extra charge of £9 pp, so worth it. would definitley stay again.

Staff were very friendly. Head of house gave us a fabulous Welcome.
The accommodation and eating area was spotless, which is very surprising for a dog friendly Inn.
Sports bar was a lovely addition to entertain us, on our one night stay.

THEY SAVED THE DAY

Due to unforeseen circumstances I found myself in South Molton with nowhere to stay.
We had been in to Coaching Inn for a few meals so went in and enquired whether there was!!
Had a lovely room with such a comfy bed. It was nice to have a well stocked tea/coffee area and plenty of milk sachets + biscuits too.
The breakfast Mushroom Benedict was amazing.
Love to come back under better circumstances.

I had a wonderful one night stay at the Coach Inn while passing through. The facilities at the inn are great and I would thoroughly recommend it. One comment for consideration the bedroom window was screwed shut in my room no 9, the room gets full sun making it hot with no air so it would be a major benefit to be able to open it for some fresh air, my suggestion would be to fit some stops instead of it being screwed shut so it could open say 8" or so. Sought Molton has is full of character and well worth a walk around too.
