Amazing!!!

I found that the staff are extremely polite and approachable. The room was more than enough and the atmosphere of the whole place made me feel welcome. Definitely coming back again

Disgusting

If you want to waste your money, booking this hotel is a great way to do it. What we found when we entered the room could hardly be described as meeting even basic hotel standards.The bathroom had no toilet paper and no soap. The toilet was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned, with visible stains and grime. There was limescale and residue on the fixtures and other surfaces. Dust, dirt, and signs of neglect were visible practically everywhere. The room looked as though it had not been properly cleaned for a very long time. The conditions were so disgusting that we decided not to stay and did not use the accommodation we had paid for. Instead of a relaxing stay, we were left stressed, out of pocket, and forced to find alternative accommodation at short notice. The staff were unhelpful and did not tell the truth about the situation. I strongly discourage anyone who values even basic cleanliness and respect for guests from staying at this hotel.

Please don't stay here

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in bar none. We had two rooms booked for 6 people, whilst we were at the cricket we received a message to say they only had one room. Leaving us with 1 single, a double and bunks between 6 of us.
This was actually a high point of our stay at the commodore. The room was absolutely disgusting, when someone above showered the water seeped through our ceiling. There was mould everywhere in the bathroom, the beds were awful.
We have received no reimbursement or even acknowledgement from the management. I have no hesitation in saying that this is the single worst place I've ever had the misfortune to stay. Its not a hotel, wouldn't even put my dog in this hole.

Not impressed at all. Nothing at all like what is shown on the website. Cannot and will not recommend. Reception staff rather unprofessional, toilet in room faulty, mattress on the bed worn out and very uncomfortable etc.

Filthy hotel

This hotel is dirty and smelly the
carpets are hanging off the stairs going up to the rooms , carpets filthy , paint work coming off the walls , the handle of our window was half broke and we had one curtain on a rail, which was also very dirty , do not be fooled by the photos on the site, I can not even begin to tell you how disgusting the reception area was .
