Didn’t end up staying…
No. Just no. Do not spend £100 of anyone’s hard earned money on a room here. No health and safety, no fire reg certs. The atmosphere inside was damper than being in the rain outside. £100 ‘budget’ room, only about a foot between the two single beds. And about a foot at the end. No accessible window. Paper thin walls, grubby bed frames/headboards, damaged mirror…just no care gone into it at all. Just ‘make as much money from as little as possible’ by the owners.

Practical
It's more of a hostel than apartments or a hotel.
Some very small rooms with the minimum (comfortable beds, a towel each, a bedside table, a garbage can, a stool and a TV), the windows (or rather the vasistas) overlook the neighboring rooms, the bathroom is communal so bring your own shower things.
Good point, everything is clean, common areas cleaned every day.
Loud according to the neighbors, you can hear in the other rooms nearby but I already had worse!
Secure access, we receive the information via WhatsApp with the access codes of the main door and our room.
Good wifi, connected TV.
Close to metro and lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
For the reception we can not judge since we do not see anyone except on arrival for 2 minutes.
I recommend for a short stay, without children, if we are often outside. It's especially convenient!

You get what you pay for .. lesson learned
Having booked this accommodation last minute for its picture of the room, proximity and price. We was quickly disappointed. However we'd booked and paid for it so we decided to make the most of it. It was only one night!
The room all be it basic was clean, but not the one in the picture (light and airy with a window) ours was a box no room to move, a windows up high, could not reach to open, needed a stool to access, then that was dodgy to stand on. View from the window was a brick wall and a chair and ladder ( god only knows way) possible a make shift fire escape. I dread to think.
In fact the whole room resembled a prison cell quite appropriate for the name Holloway.
Bedding was clean however had several holes in the sheets.
Towel small. Suggest take your own if you are planning to stay here.
Room extremely small. Had a fan good job as it was very stufty.
Tv no Ariel! Access to on demand however, while was watching some light tv, someone was able to access it and switch it over several times.
Issues :Apart from miss representation of what the room looks like, no feeling safe as he front door was being left open during the night, the extreme noise levels from other guest, smoke alarms going off through the night, some one hygiene in the bathroom, the accommodation was clean, & cheap.
I'd class this as a hostel. Def not air bnb, studios or apartments as listed on several sights under different names. (Holloway homes and Studio 9 rooms).
I did contact the manager during the early ours of the morning as we was considering leaving the accommodation, as the noise level and fire alarm Issues were unbearable, we was assured it would be sorted. We thanked him for this however the issues persisted through out the night, we got no sleep or rest . Another resident sat in the hall way on guard as he felt unsafe too .
The manger all be it polite and in constant contact via the phone in txt, advised of a full refund but due to my review being honest changed his mind.
If you're on a budget, don't mind no sleep and are inconsiderate of others this is the place for you.

地板和隔間差，樓上走路都聽的一清二楚。房間還算乾淨，除了床其他什麼都沒有！
