Excellent location with easy access to the tube and Hyde Park. Room was fantastic and even without air con, came equipped with a large dyson air fan to keep cool. High recommend and great service.

Avoid. Extremely cramped and disappointing
Our booking was for a premium one bed apartment in May 2026. We needed space for 2 adults and a toddler. We booked this hotel based on website photos. We were put into room G03. This apartment, in particular the bedroom, did not even closely conform to the pictures of a one bed premium apartment for the Hyde Park property on the website. The apartment was in the basement and the view from the windows was of the brickwork of the basement level and exit ladders. There was a good degree of wear and tear & staining on the carpet. Our principal issue was the fact we were put in the basement apartment which was too small for the occupancy and was in the bowels of the building. The bedroom was tiny and the bed was the smallest size double bed or a large single bed. One pillow took up almost 1/3 the width of the bed and not big enough for two adults. The room was so small that we couldn’t walk around the bed as it was up against the wall. One adult had to sleep on the old, very uncomfortable pull out bed in the lounge. When the pull out bed was extended it took up almost the whole living room. Also, there was no smart TV or facility to stream. As parents with a toddler we have no option but to spend the evenings in, this was the primary reason we booked an aparthotel and one that we expected a degree of comfort in. We raised the issue of the room size and TV with the receptionist on the Thursday we arrived and again on Friday but she refused to move us. We complained again on checkout and were told they received a number of complaints about this room which had a smaller bed and smaller rooms than the apartments on the other floors. In addition to this G03 attracts the same rate as the other rooms advertised on the website. We were happy to pay for the room advertised but not this one for obvious reasons. We raised a formal complaint by email which has been ignored. This was a very disappointing stay for us which was a rare family getaway.

Great location. Only negative is that Hotels.com advertises parking, but we I phoned there is no parking. Other than that a comfortable stay.

Avoid like the plague, safety issues
Possibly the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. Greeted by the most unpleasant receptionist I've ever spoken to, to be told I had no hotel stay booked - even though I had confirmation of booking. Scoffed at me when I told her there was a booking, then proceeded to tell me there was a room but it needed to be checked into on my phone - despite me advising her I had tried to do so numerous times. She continued to be absolutely vile and try to snatch my phone out of my hands to complete check in.
I then received messages and emails and her visiting my room to speak to me, as a female solo traveller I found this unnerving and really quite odd.
Room absolutely stank of stale cigarettes, lime scale all over the tap and no air conditioning. Hall ways covered in carpets with stains, lift barely works.
A disgusting hotel which would be lucky to be a 3 star at best, now refusing to refund despite being followed to my room by a member of staff and having proof of this.
Avoid like the plague, unsafe and really quite strange.

This hotel is ok but the photos don’t reflect the hotel. It’s really a budget style hotel very basic rooms no breakfast. It was also stifling hot with no air conditioning and the fan in my room wouldn’t switch on.
