Bed had a blood stain on it. I don't understand why the beds are not cleaned seeing as the material is easily washable??
Also, the duvet and pillow smell of sweat 😒.
Showers on the second floor do not exist, elevator is never to be seen.
Upon check-in, the gentlemen did not even give a heads up about the shower.
I've stayed in many generators outside of the UK and this was the lesser experience.
I won't stay here again.

Someone slept on my bed when I came in the evening. They checked in someone else again for my bed in my room

The Staff was exceptional and this was one of the cleanest lodgings I've ever stayed at. The bar was comfortable and welcoming to all.
Definitely a great choice.
