Great location, friendly staff and very clean. Only thing is for anyone with a pram or wheelchair the tight corridors and stairs off the lift can make it difficult to get around. But besides that would stay again and highly recommend

Dated, room was tiny, poorly advertised. Supposed to have a superior single room and could barely walk around the bed with all of the obstacles. Would not stay again. Price was ridiculous.

A nice staying at Gem Strathmore Hotel

A perfect located hotel near museums, parks and the underground. Its staff is very helpful and friendly. A building with history and a nice room for 4 people (a family). Very good English and continental brekfasts. All these things made a special atmosphere of the hotel. I can highly recommend this hotel because everything met our demands.

Great stay in Kensington

Great stay in perfectly located hotel. My 5 stars are based on the hotel exceeding my expectations. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is reasonably priced in one of the most expensive parts of London. Our room on the top floor was a good size with air conditioning. It was clean and comfortable. The building is historic. Breakfast was ok. We would definitely stay again if we need somewhere in that area.

Good location, nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast.
No aircon in bedroom so not too comfortable when we stayed
