While I wasn’t expecting much, the fact that the hotel didn’t include the basic amenities such hot drinks and the some of the staff weren’t helpful to the point of being rude has put me off returning here.

Had to to wait over 15 minutes for someone to come to reception. I arrived 1 hour 30 mins early before check in due to my travel time having to change. I was made to pay another £15 to check in early which is scandalous considering they had the room ready. Won’t be using again

Absolutely terrible. One member of staff on reception was very rude. Spoilt my birthday weekend and caused a scene Infront of guests. Spoken to me like a child and different rules for different guests. Avoid

Be aware - the actual rooms look nothing like as advertised. In reality they are much smaller. The room was clean enough but the whole hotel had a very hostel-like vibe. I would not choose to stay again.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest. Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival. Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults. To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required. Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team. Dogs up to 60cm are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge.
