Welcoming, spotless and comfortable
Our room was spacious (actually two rooms with a double and single bed) and the bed very comfortable. A nice touch was the provision of guest dressing robes and bath towels big enough to wrap around you.
Jayne was the perfect hostess - chatty without being intrusive and happy to help with any questions arising. There is an "honesty" bar if you fancy a nightcap too.
Jayne will set you off with a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice for all tastes.
Mortehoe, just down the road is a nice little hamlet and we thoroughly enjoyed walking the "Mortehoe Circular" which takes in part of the South West Coast Path including Morte and Bull points, and returns via a lovely little coombe valley that wouldn't be out of place in a Harry Potter film.

Excellent stay
The accessible room, was well laid out and excellent for a wheelchair.
Every where was. Comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean.
Great wet room. The breakfast was also good, freshly cooked, lovely fruit, and yoghurt.
Jayne was a was. Welcoming friendly host , who was, very helpful, with a good knowledge of the area.
We would highly recommend this guest house.
