Easy check in to our top floor room, which was a kind of pod style but perfect for our one night stay for a gig.
Only negatives were the lack of a kettle/tea and coffee in room ( are available downstairs though) and one of the two lifts being out of action meaning a lengthy wait at busy times eg,breakfast.

Not a good stay.
We’ve stayed at this hotel countless times and always really enjoyed our stay, however the room we were given during this stay was filthy. There was some sort of green mush smeared on the black out curtain, thick dust all along the side of the bed beside the window and on the headboard as well as dirty marks on it too. We also found bugs in the bed and on the wall. It’s a shame for a hotel we genuinely love coming to and have never had any issues before.

Air conditioner did not work in my room… room was incredibly stuffy and hot. They could not fix the problem but they did provide a fan.. room was not well cleaned. And the bed smelled like pee.. there was only one elevator working as well. Breakfast was decent and staff at the bar were friendly. Would not recommend this place if it’s more than one night. Location is decent.

Great hotel friendly staff easy check in. The only thing I'd say there was nowhere to hang our clothes and the quilt wasn't big enough for the bed. Rooms quite small

Our second home
Our 26th visit. Still fabulous. Super friendly staff , amazing bed and the cocktails are amazing
