This was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. The staff were absolutely lovely, so welcoming and friendly, and really made the stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with such a stylish and well-thought-out aesthetic. Everything felt modern, clean and comfortable, and our room was amazing — spacious, beautifully designed and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Overall, I genuinely couldn’t fault the experience. The combination of the beautiful hotel, spacious room and incredibly friendly staff made this such a memorable stay. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it! ✨

Great Stop Over

I stayed the one night, needing to be close to the station, so the AC Hotel was perfect. The hotel has a slick design and was well presented as was the bedroom. A comfortable bed, well appointed room and bathroom. It all felt very light and airy. The staff were lovely on Reception as were the staff behind the Bar in the evening as well as breakfast the next morning. A good selection of options for breakfast, especially the haggis! A very pleasant stop over and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Merchant city delight

Just coming to the end of a lovely 3 night break. Very comfortable hotel with a lovely relaxed vibe. Excellent staff and shout out to Jamie behind the bar . Fab location for exploring the city

The ac kept disconnecting from the auto setting and the room turns quite warm.
Also, we were told by staff that we were not allowed to eat our takeout food at the large table in the lobby (away from the bar tables!), even though we had purchased drinks from the bar. We were disappointed by this comment as we wanted to enjoy the drinks and the lobby atmosphere.

Gave away my breakfast table while I was choosing. Came back, my full cup of coffee was gone and someone else was occupying my breakfast table. Not good. Very unprofessional.
