Away trip
Stayed for a 2nd time in the accommodation a clear 10/10 very well run B&B hosts are very good too. Hope to be back again. Handy location to the city centre and not out of the way definitely rightly recommend to anyone travelling to derry for a trip.

Awful experience.
This property was absolutely unacceptable.
We contacted the host a few days before our stay, asking would it be possible to leave our bags off before check in. We were given a number, and told to call it when we arrived in the city. We arrived at 11:20am, and called the number several times before finally getting a response at 245pm telling us we could leave our bags in, or check in now. When we got to the property, the door was open & blinds were closed. When we opened the door the smell of smoke was the first thing we noticed. The host then called us, and said he would "come down stairs to greet us".The listing failed to mention that the host lives in the house, which would have influenced my decision to book. On arrival, it was clear the place had not been cleaned properly. There was pubic hair in the bath, dead spiders and cobwebs on the walls, blinds stained yellow with dirt and mould, and a strong smell of smoke throughout. The bedding smelled stale, the beds were uncomfortable, and one bedroom had visible mould. The kitchen was unhygienic — the cutlery drawer was dirty, the fridge was filthy, and the bins hadn’t been emptied. The entire property was dusty, grimy, and unfit for guests. I cannot recommend staying here.

Great Saturday night
Great B&B everything was 100% and the hosts are friendly enough I couldn't have had a better experience and I definitely Hope to be back again to stay over great Saturday night had in derry and location was good as right on the city centre great time
