One Member Of Staff Ruined Our Experience.
Bed was tired but not the worst we've endured.
Reception and most staff encountered were lovely
HOWEVER! The mature, grey haired lady at the pool was extremely brusque, rude and obnoxious. There is no way she should be in a customer service roll and I sincerely hope management remedies this before her manner upsets others.
Breakfast was brilliant, impressed with the selection, quality and the waiting on staff, who were highly efficient and attentive.

From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much effort. It’s not a luxury luxury hotel but it certainly has all the amenities needed for a stay.
Taxis varied from 10 pound to the coach station, to 15 pound to the train station and around 10 pound again to the Super Bowl.
I managed to use the gym throughout my stay each time it was quiet. It’s not a big gym, but it’s enough with weights and some cardio machines.
The pool and sauna were clean and easily accessible - with towels available. It had everything that was needed.
Would definitely recommend somewhere for a stop over, festival stay or corporate on the university campus
