Lovely place for an evening meal

Excellent meal and delicious wine and lager. We shared the mezze platter which was more than enough for 2 people. The Dart white wine was excellent and the local beer Wes fine. Service was prompt and charming

Great place to eat.

Very accommodating and delicious food.
We were a family group of 8 and booked at short notice after stopping by for a drink and reading the menu.
There was a good choice of food suitable for someone in our family who has coeliac disease.
It was lovely to see how pleased he was with his meal.
All in all, a great experience

Perfection

Faultless stay
The staff are fantastic, cosy fire and drinks in the gorgeous bar. Lovely atmosphere. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Dinner was amazing. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you for a fabulous stay- will be back

Never disappointed.

We have stayed at The 3 Crowns many times and love its cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The food and service is always good, and the rooms characterful and comfortable. This was the first time we have spent Christmas here and it was fantastic. Great food, great service. We will return!

No longer a special treat

We have stayed before, but sorry to say things have gone down hill. Upgrade from standard room didn't seem like an upgrade at all, apart from a desk in the room. Bed was small. No hot water at basin. Very noisy air-conditioning outside room, so had to close windows. No blanket on bed. No robes. Asked for extra water, but didn't arrive. Very curt, unprofessional staff. Loud and abrupt. This used to be our favourite pub and occasional stay over, but this will be our last. Sorry, but someone needs to say it as it is. Oh, and breakfast was forgotten for us and people on the next table. It used to feel like a treat, now we feel like a number!
