This Future Inn is next to Cabot Circus shopping centre, 10 minutes’ walk from Bristol’s Temple Meads Station.

A Cut Above
Reminds you of what Holiday Inn Express and Premier Inn used to be like (see separate reviews).
Privately owned, which explains a lot. Just 3 hotels right now but ambitions to expand.
So simple, come down the M32 and turn straight into Cabot Circus Car Park. The only hotel in Bristol which pays for your parking. And attractive room rates.
A few negatives : bedside lights work in tandem, so both on or both off.
Whilst comfortable, the mattress is bizarre. Any pressure on any part of it and you feel as though you are in a small boat an a rough sea - everything but everything rocks and rolls.
Oh, and 3 lifts vital, with one out of action response was terribly slow.
But lots of nice touches. Have never stayed in a hotel with a diagram showing you how both controls for the shower works.
Blissfully quiet despite being on the main dual carriageway into Bristol.
Excelleny buffet breakfast in the well lit basement. Good value and great service.
Restaurant recommended and attracts lots of walk in clients.
We dined on arrival at Pizza Express (see review) in Cabot Circus Mall. Sadly only respectable restaurant there, all the others fall into the, "junk food" category.
Brilliant service from Miguel behind the Bar and Sultan)?) on Reception.
We may try Cardiff branch next.

Problematic
OK location. Not the best hotel for overall experience. Not easy to contact. We left expensive items in the room and even after trying to make contact several times, we've still had no reply

All good great location, good price to stay. Only one neagtive my wife bought a coffee from the bar to drink up in the room which she discovered a black hair in the cup and it wasn't from her or me.

Solid hotel. Good rooms. Great location. Free parking. Seems staff are a little short on numbers with long wait at bar which was eventually sorted by receptionist.

Can be bothered with this survey
Clean hotel ..... friendly but not too friendly staff.
Convenient location
One of our rooms had a strange smell in the toilet.
The shower drain seemed to be blocked
Why do I have to add more to this review. I don't even use trip advisor so I don't know why they sending me this.
