It is a little gem in the town: comfortable and convenient place.

A comfortable place to stay in Bournemouth.
Ensuite room is nice and clean. It has all I need: comfortable bed, working table and chair by the window, high speed WiFi, and fridge, nice ensuit bath room. It's really convenient location: just few minutes walking distance to the commercial Street for shopping, beach, and restaurants. The host is really nice person, very kind and helpful.
It is a little gem in the town.

Terrible place

do not stay in this place, several, no hot water or heater on some cold days, I had a problem without water for bathing too, noise, and they did not return my deposit, even when I delivered the room clean and working! My opinion terrible place

For mail

Don't come in this hotel i was applyed for debit card,national insurance number and provisonal licence but marry don't gave anything to us we have proofe, everything had delivered on this adress .....

Hotel guest are not the resident here, anyone pretend to be the resident or owner here by using our address for bank card, insurance, a driving license, and as proof of residence without permission is against the law in UK.
Legal action will be taken against address fraud.
If an individual commits address fraud involving us, we reserve the right to take legal action against any fraudulent addresses that violate rights. We reserve our rights to claim damages: including reputational damage.

Absolutely terrible

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but the hotel's management would run it into the ground because she is a money crook and was so dishonest about the cost of a room for three night. So that I couldn’t request a refund, she had asked for payment to be made via bank transfer. Absolutely horrible—the heating was purposefully turned off, there was no linen or pillow in the bedroom, and I nearly died from the cold. To ever stay in this hotel again would be preferable to my early death. avoid, avoid!!

Reviews are for people to share their experiences honestly to help each other choose suitable places. Online Defamation is not a game. Any kind of Defamation by any person involved in publishing the defamatory material can be sued for libel or slander. Including a poster who is not using their true name or remaining anonymous.

Superior double room two nights

What a wonderful place to stay. John and Mary were so accomodating. They were welcoming and understanding that we were new to the area.
They both clearly work hard and love their job.
The breakfast was beautiful and very flexible to accommodate my sons needs and desires.
Thank you so much. We will come again louisa and Thomas x
